Q. How many colonics does one need?

A. This is a very common question, which is unfortunately very difficult to answer, as each and every one of us have different needs! However an indication is more easily given at the end of your first treatment, although this can be reduced / increased depending on variables like: herbal affectivity, dietary changes, exercise etc, taken outside of the clinic.

Q. How safe are colonics?

A. The water is introduced at low gravitational pressure, in fact the pressure of the water entering the bowel is far lesser than the pressure which the bowel uses to excrete, thus meaning that there is no danger of bowel perforation. All equipment is disposable. Unlike laxatives colon hydrotherapy is not habit forming, and actually improves the tone of the colon.

Q. What is the cost?

A.Colonic irrigation sessions are priced at seventy pounds per session and last approximately 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes). You may come for specific symptoms and issues, or for reasons of general health building. You are welcome to come for a single session or a series of sessions.

Q. What if I need to pass wind ?

A. All trapped wind is passed down the outlet pipe during the colonic. Therefore there are no odours whilst the procedure is carried out.
